Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Ava Cordero is a Conference Producer on Hanson Wade’s LEAP HR team, now based in London. After graduating with a BSc in Chemistry from the University of St Andrews in Scotland, she began her career at Hanson Wade as a Delegate Audience Manager supporting R&D-focused events. She has since transitioned into LEAP conference production, where she designs high impact agendas that bring together HR, TA, and TD leaders from across the manufacturing and higher education landscapes. Ava is passionate about building platforms that inspire practical people and culture transformation.
